How do I access my purchased courses?

Accessing your dashboard and course content after checkout.

After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with a secure link. Use that link to create or log in to your ClearCell account. Once logged in, open the Dashboard and find your course under “My Library.”

  • Sign in at the top right of any page.
  • Visit Dashboard → My Library.
  • If your course doesn’t appear, use the same email used at checkout.

If you still can’t access your content, open the “Ask a Question” form and select the topic “Account & Access.”

What is your refund policy?

Eligibility and timing for refunds after purchase.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all self-paced courses if you’ve completed less than 25% of the content. For live cohorts, refund requests are accepted before the second live session.

To request a refund, reply to your receipt email or use the “Ask a Question” form and choose “Billing.” Include your order ID to speed things up.

Do I get lifetime access?

Yes. Enrolling grants lifetime access to the course, including future updates and any new lessons we add to that course.

Live cohort recordings remain available after the cohort ends, also for lifetime access.

What level are the courses? Beginner or advanced?

Each course indicates a difficulty tag (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced). We also publish a learning path that sequences courses for your goals.

If you’re unsure, start with “Foundations” courses. They include optional fast-tracks for advanced learners.

Do you provide certificates of completion?

Yes. After completing all required lessons and quizzes, you can generate a shareable certificate and add it to your LinkedIn profile.

Do you offer team or enterprise plans?

We revise materials quarterly, with additional updates after major framework or language releases. Changelogs are visible at the top of each course.
